Academic Writing Midterm Exam ELPR220

Important guidelines:

· The students must strictly adhere to the date and location as specified in their exam schedules announced on the system.
· The students must bring their own pens and a spare pen.
· Wearing Abayas or hoodies is prohibited during the exam.
· Bringing any papers, books, notes, or electronic devices into the exam hall is strictly prohibited, and penalties will be imposed in case of violation.
· The students must present their national ID or university card while entering the exam hall. Entry will not be permitted without it.
· The students must follow the invigilators’ instructions precisely and sit in their assigned seats.
· The students must ensure that they sign the attendance sheet before leaving the exam hall after finishing the exam.
· In case of absence from the exam, the student must submit an official excuse to the Deanship of Admission and Registration within a maximum period of three days from the exam date.
